Greek Yogurt Dip

 

1 cup plain non-fat Greek style yogurt

1 avocado, finely chopped

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup cucumber, finely chopped

1 tsp dried dill

1/2 tsp garlic powder

salt to taste

 

Preparation

Mix everything together in a small bowl. Chill and serve with crackers or veggies.
