Jimmy's Egg

  • Vegetable Omlette (or any omlette with 3 or more vegetable choices) - Fresh Spinach, bell pepper, onion, black olives and mushrooms. 

  • Spinach and Mushroom Egg White Omlette - Egg white omlette with fresh spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. Served with cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes and dry wheat toast.

  • Skinny Jimmy Breakfast - Low-fat vanilla yogurt topped with fresh strawberries, fresh cut cantaloupe, a side of granola, and a toasted dry English muffin.

  • California Salad - Avocado, hardboiled egg, bacon bits, tomatoes, and Monterey jack cheese on a bed of crisp lettuce. (Grilled chicken optional)

  • Chef Salad - Smoked turkey, ham, tomatoes, Monterey jack and Cheddar cheeses, topped with hardboiled egg.

  • Chicken Fajita Salad - Grilled chicken breast, grilled onions and bell peppers, tomatoes, Monterey jack and Cheddar cheeses, and crispy tortilla strips on a bed of lettuce.

  • Southwest Quesadilla Salad - Grilled chicken breast topped with ahogada sauce, avocado, Monterey jack and Cheddar cheeses, tomatoes, green onions, and crisp tortilla strips on a bed of fresh lettuce with four cheese quesadilla wedges.

  • Crispy Chicken Salad - Crispy breaded chicken breast, tomatoes, black olives, bacon, and Monterey jack cheese on a bed of crisp lettuce. 

  • Light Club Wrap - Smoked turkey, shaved ham, lettuce, and tomatoes wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Served with honey mustard and a side of fruit.
