Roasted Herbed Veggies


Vegetables of your choice, washed and diced.

olive oil

fresh thyme

lemon juice

salt & pepper





Mix oil, thyme, lemon juice, salt & pepper and garlic together in bowl.  Toss mixture with vegetables, spread on sprayed cookie sheet.

Roast at 450 degrees for 35-45 minutes
