Valentine's Day Treats

February 13, 2015

In honor of Valentine's Day, I've rounded up some cute, healthy treat ideas for this weekend! Of course, you'll probably still indulge in chocolate and other sweets (and let's be honest, who wants a Valentine's Day without chocolate?), but it's also fun to make other Valentine's Day inspired meals and snacks. Here are some of my favorite ideas!

Hearts and Arrows

These are adorable! Plus they add some serious nutrition to your weekend. Watermelon is high in vitamin A, oranges are a good source of fiber, and both are high in vitamin C.

X O Pancakes

For a fun, complete Valentine's Day breakfast, make whole-wheat flour pancakes and pair them with some strawberries and eggs or yogurt!

Healthy Valentine's Day Lunch

Packing lunch for someone this Valentine's Day? Show them some extra love with a Valentine's Day-themed lunch box. There are several fun ideas on the link below!
